FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT

Our sign manufacturing takes place in our expansive 50,000 square foot facility, equipped with advanced sign equipment. We operate two manufacturing lines to meet diverse needs. One line is dedicated to the production of preformed channel letters, designed for efficient sign production. The second line focuses on creating custom signs, including custom welded products like cabinets, aluminum awnings, and specialty channel letters. Whatever your sign needs are, we are here to help you get the job done.

Four – CLN Routers for precision in channel letters production, two – CLN Fusion Benders for creating custom signs, and two – Channel Bender SXP for efficient sign manufacturing. Additionally, we have three closed system spray booths: one measuring 16'W x 25'L x 16'T, another at 14’W x 25’L x 10'T, and a third at 14'W x 20'L x 8'T, essential for sign production. We also utilize four – Channel Lok Clinchers, standard metal working equipment such as brakes, shears, and rollers, along with eight – Miller 252 welders for robust custom signs construction. Furthermore, there are two – CWT lamination tables and three - 64” Graphtec plotters, complemented by two - 64” HP Latex (560 & 800) printers to enhance our sign equipment capabilities.
